These regarded as basic of include right food, shelter, water, defense and protection from torture, violence so on. In India, these granted citizens nation form Fundamental Rights Directive Principles State Policy provided under Part III IV. three pillars on criminal justice system stands upright- judiciary, police prison population. The paper focuses prisoners, how their abused well remedies them for violation rights.
